    The could have gone quietly with a Chapter 11 or something. But NO, they had to scream and whine like a spoiled brat that’s cried wolf. Now it’s punishment time. I wonder how SCO will fair against the patent litigation.
    IBM might just own SCO without having to pay for anything but legal fees…. poetic justice of a sort.
