Its amazing how easily a company can put itself out of business, isn't it?
The could have gone quietly with a Chapter 11 or something. But NO, they had to scream and whine like a spoiled brat that's cried wolf. Now it's punishment time. I wonder how SCO will fair against the patent litigation.
IBM might just own SCO without having to pay for anything but legal fees.... poetic justice of a sort.
